A responsive provider listens to feedback and adjusts support when needs change. People and their representatives should know how to raise questions or concerns and feel confident that these will be taken seriously.
Strong leadership and continuous improvement
Well-led care requires oversight, staff support and effective quality monitoring. A Good rating is an achievement, but maintaining quality depends on regular reviews, learning and improvement.
